What we can help with
We are glad to hear from readers about anything we have published. The messages we can act on quickest are factual corrections, questions about something in a guide that was unclear, requests for a topic we have not covered yet, and permissions or syndication enquiries.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a specific lawn by email. Soil type, drainage, regional climate, grass species and recent weather all shape what is happening in your garden, and none of that can be assessed from a description or a photograph with any confidence. For property-specific advice, your local cooperative extension service is a genuinely good and usually free resource, and a qualified landscaper or agronomist can inspect the site in person.
